State's Attorney
If someone feels that he/she is the victim of a crime (as opposed to a civil matter) it should be reported to the police for investigation. An assistant’s state’s attorney will get involved in the matter after the investigation is complete. There are no fees for any services of the State's Attorney's Office. Our primary responsibilities are
